Our vision is to guide people around the world to be stress free and encourage them to have joyful life through BFFS Training Program

› Full Day Programs (6 Hours)

Full day programs will be for 6 hours. It includes 2 sessions of 3 hours each. There will be a lunch break and tea breaks in between. It will provide an opportunity of networking among the participants. For further details about the programs offered, please click here.

› Half Day Programs (3 hours)

Half day programs will be for 3 hours. It includes one session of 3 hours. There will be a tea break in

› Brief Programs (1 to 2 hours)

Brief Programs will be for 1 to 2 hours. It includes one session with no breaks. The client can select more than one program as per their preference, to be delivered on same day. For further details about the programs offered, please click here.

› Ice breaker Programs (15 to 20 minutes)

Ice breaker programs will be of very short duration. It will not be more than 20 minutes. These programs can be used as fillers or for breaking the monotony during long training sessions. › Certifications Offered

Certification will be offered after completion of the program for 2 days. Personal attention will be given to each participant. Participants will be given an opportunity to conduct the session also. The certification has international validity. For further details, please click here.
